KTY Series Silicon Temperature Sensors

This KTY silicon temperature sensor is a linear silicon PTC thermistor hermetically sealed in DO35 glass package with axial Dumet wire leads. It features nearly linear positive temperature coefficient and fail-safe overheat protection, working stably from -55°C to +175°C. With outstanding long-term stability and tiny size, it supports customizable R25 resistance for automotive, motor and industrial temperature monitoring
